Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tempost, a social media scheduler operated by Obzena LLC, Wyoming, USA (“Obzena”, “we”, “us”). By using Tempost, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Tempost lets you connect your YouTube channel and your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, upload videos and schedule posts. Tempost is in early access, and features may change as we develop the product.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Tempost.
Third-party platforms
Tempost publishes to third-party platforms on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
By using Tempost's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. When you use Facebook or Instagram features, you also agree to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by these platforms, such as removed posts or limited accounts.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and publish that content only to provide Tempost to you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you publish and that it follows the law and each platform’s rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tempost to send spam, publish illegal or infringing content, interfere with the service, try to access other users’ data, or break the rules of the platforms you connect.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including data from Google and Meta.
Fees
Pricing has not been announced. If paid plans are introduced, we will show the price and terms before you are charged.
Termination
You can stop using Tempost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law. You can disconnect any connected account at any time.
Disclaimer
Tempost is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every post will be published at the exact scheduled time, because publishing depends on third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Obzena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to Tempost is limited to the amount you paid us for Tempost in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid anything.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify account holders before the changes take effect.
