Tempost

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tempost collects, uses, stores and protects your information, including the data we receive from Google (YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Who we are

Tempost is a social media scheduler operated by Obzena LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (“Obzena”, “we”, “us”). Tempost lets you connect your YouTube channel and your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, upload videos and schedule posts. If you have any question about this policy, email support@tempost.io.

Information we collect

Google user data (YouTube)

When you connect a YouTube channel, you sign in with Google and choose to grant Tempost access. Tempost requests only these scopes:

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide the features you see in Tempost: showing your connected channel, uploading your videos and publishing them at the time you scheduled. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Tempost never uploads or publishes anything to your channel unless you created or approved that post.

Sharing

We do not share, sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, except: (a) with service providers that host and operate Tempost for us (for example, cloud hosting and storage) under confidentiality obligations and only to run the service; (b) when required by law; or (c) as part of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you. Humans at Obzena do not read your Google user data unless you give us permission for a support request, it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Tempost's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Google OAuth tokens and channel information are stored on our servers in the United States, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected with access controls. Videos you upload to Tempost are stored only until they are published to YouTube or until you delete the scheduled post.

Retention and deletion

We keep Google user data only as long as your YouTube channel is connected to Tempost. When you disconnect the channel in Tempost, we delete the stored tokens and channel information. When you delete your Tempost account, we delete all associated Google user data within 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing support@tempost.io; we will confirm when it is done.

You can revoke Tempost’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Meta user data (Facebook and Instagram)

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, you sign in with Facebook and choose which Pages and Instagram professional accounts Tempost can use. Tempost requests only the permissions needed to list those Pages and accounts and to publish the content you schedule (for example, permissions to show your Pages, read basic Page and Instagram account information, and publish posts, photos, videos and Reels).

We use Meta data only to show your connected Pages and accounts and to publish your scheduled content at the time you choose. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers that run Tempost or when required by law. Tokens are stored encrypted in transit and protected with access controls, and are deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your Tempost account (within 30 days). You can remove Tempost’s access at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites, and request deletion by emailing support@tempost.io. Meta data is also subject to the Meta Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Tempost app may use essential cookies to keep you signed in.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing support@tempost.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, the GDPR or California law); we will honor those requests.

Children

Tempost is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
